1> Apologies for absence.
2> Minutes of the previous meeting.
3> Questions by members of the public.
(Ideally it would help if prior notice of the question is given to the Borough Solicitor - particularly if detailed background information is needed)
4> Prentation - Current police and community safety issues, including domestic violence. (Miss Elizabeth Neville - Chief Constable of Wiltshire Constabulary.)
5> To receive any communications or letters which the Mayor or Chief Executive may have to bring before the Council.
6> Questions (if any) of which notice has been given in accordance with Standing Order 15.
7> To receive and consider the minutes of committees which are reserved to the Council for decision under the Council's Management Scheme.
8> Community Care Plan 2001-2004 - Discussion
9> Wiltshire & Swindon Minerals Local Plan - Discussion
10> To recieve and consider written reports from the Cabinet Lead Members on issues relating to their portfolio responsibilities.
