Sue Beazley, onbehalf of the Ash Brake Resident Association has been actively pursuing the latest information on the Roman Ruins site.
Sue contacted the Consultancy team, who she stressed the importance of local residents being informed of progress, and consulted on potential developments etc. At present the Consultancy team has been tasked to investigate the various options available for the site, and the Education Site, to be housed in the library at the District Council.
Following the extremely well attended public meeting that has already been held to discuss the site, the Consultancy team have now promised to organise a further meeting. They are hoping to organise one in the near future, to be held at Abbey Meads Community Primary School. This meeting will be well publicised, giving 3 to 4 weeks notice.
We will also seek to make available the proposed options with full drawings / detail etc prior to the meeting so residents have the opportunity to look fully at the plans, also allowing time to prepare suitable questions for the public meeting.
