The Home Secretary's power to overrule prison sentencing has been outlawed by the European Court of Human Rights.
Judges in Strasbourg backed a claim by convicted murderer Dennis Stafford that a decision to keep him in jail longer than recommended by the Parole Board was illegal.
The ruling means some of Britain's most notorious killers, like Myra Hindley and Peter Sutcliffe, could be given the chance of freedom.
Pro-Europeans who clamber for a European Superstate are causing untold damage to Great Britain. The Labour Government & Liberal Democrats who are proud of their Pro-European beliefs are responsible for further deminishing our ability to control our own laws.
Evil murderers such as Myra Hindley should never be released, the law abiding majority should be put first. The liberal establishment who clamber to see their early release are nothing short of a disgrace.
There is overwhelming support to 'Keep The Pound', and not lose control of our laws and economy to Europe. This has been shown in repeated polls, and in the last set of European Elections, which the Conservatives won, and the Pro-European Liberal Democrats were only able to attract a miserable 11% of the vote.
The Conservative Party will continue to fight to put Britain first.
