Councillor Justin Tomlinson, 'I am delighted that the portfolio I am shadowing has been increased.  I have been working extremely hard in the areas already covered, and with the additional areas such as Libraries and Museums I can help make a real difference in Swindon Borough Council.  Across the portfolio there are different challenges and opportunities facing the Council, and I will be using my experience in marketing and the leisure industry to help the Council move forward positively.  I enjoyed working with Maureen Dilley, and I am sure I will be able to work constructively with David Cox who has now taking the lead members position.'
