It is a great honour for me to be installed as Deputy Mayor of Swindon for the year 2003/04.
Since being elected to the Council in 1982 I have witnessed a major transformation of the Town both in its structure and in its economic growth and it gives me great satisfaction in being able to further promote Swindon in my term of office.
It is an exciting and demanding period in Swindon's development and I am delighted to be part of it.
