Celebrating The Planning Victory Over KFC
Cllr Justin Tomlinson has requested that Swindon Council contact the land owners of the proposed McDonalds / KFC land, and seek alternative land use, rather than repeated fast food applications which we oppose.
Cllr Justin Tomlinson, "I have urged the landowners (Lidl's) to explore alternative applications for the future. It is not that local residents are opposed to any form of development on this land, it is just that we are opposed to inappropriate land use, for which is the case with fast food outlets."
