
Last night at Planning, the David Lloyd Tennis centre application was approved.
'That the Director of Planning be authrorised to GRANT planning permission subject to conditions following referral of the application to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister as a departure from the Development Plan, and the Secretary of State determining that he does not wish to intervene'
So GRANTED subject to John Prescott not overturning the decision. (Which isn't expected)
