Abbey Meads Conservative Councillors have met with officers to look at the proposed plans for the H71 Haydon 3 Development, following concerns raised by local residents. This is a Persimmion homes development.
This is due to come to planning on August 8th 2006.
Cllr Peter Stoddart, "We are 95% happy with the plans, however, we have concerns over parking provision, and one or two siting issues which will have a major impact on existing local residents. We are pushing for number of dwellings from 168 to 160, with the additional space being used to increase parking / open space provision."
