Theapplication for the proposed care home in Haydonis going before the Planning Committee on 8 July.
A number of local residents have raised concerns which have been passed onto officers.
Officers are recommending the committee refuse the application for reserved matters.
The meeting starts at 6pm in the Council Chamber, Euclid Street, Swindon. It is item 10 on the agenda.
