Following the recent terrible weather there have been major disruptions to the recycling and waste collections: NEWS ITEM
Normal service is resuming today, with anadditional 5refuse vehicleswhich will start collecting the backlog of missed refuse collections though not recycling. (These will collected as part of the normal weekly recycling point)
Waterside is also open as normal for an additional recycling / waste requirements.
Cllr Justin Tomlinson, "It is a credit to all the staff who have worked so hard to grit and clear the roads in the recent days and for their extra efforts in the next few days to clear the backlog of waste.''
