A number of residents had raised concerns about the overgrown grass at Redhouse Gardens. An eyesore for both residents immediately overlooking the area, and for the local residents who drive into the main enterance for the Redhouse estate.
This land is still owned by the developers, so we have chased up this issue.
Apparently there was a mix up with their contractors, and we have now been assured the grass will commence soon.
Following on from our recent resident survey we are continuing to chase action on street scene issues.
Update 30/06/09 - Developers have been passing this amongst themselves, however it has now been confirmed that Kings Oak, which is part of David Wilson is responsible. This issue has now been escalated to their Managing Director as it is unacceptable that residents have had to wait so long for action.
