



Local residents in Hayburn Road have contacted us with ongoing concerns with the developer Bovis. Both the Council and the MP have now written to Bovis to demand action, after they have dragged their feet for the past 18 months. We have now asked for the Enforcement Officer to visit the area on Wednesday to help apply the maximum pressure to address the on-going concerns.
Below is a list of on-going concerns:
Cllr Justin Tomlinson, "The developers have charged a premium for their houses and it is unacceptable that they have had to relentlessly chase Bovis for action. We will continue to apply the maximum pressure to force the developers to tidy up the area as a matter of urgency.''
