THE SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (TADPOLE LANE & LADY LANE, UNCLASSIFIED, SWINDON) (30 M.P.H SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2009
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposed to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to provide:
Introduction of 30 mph Speed Limit on the following length of road:
Lady Lane (Unclassified) and Tadpole Lane (Unclassified). Between a point 213 metres south-east of the south-east kerbline of Lady Lane bridge and a point 360 metres west of the west kerbline of Wyld Court
THE SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (TADPOLE LANE, UNCLASSIFIED, SWINDON)
(50MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2009
Introduction of 50 mph Speed Limit on the following length of road:
Tadpole Lane (Unclassified) Between a point 360 metres west of the west kerbline of Wyld Court and a point 26 metres west of the west kerbline of Fawley Close
Tadpole Lane (Unclassified) Between a point 63 metres east of the mid-point of the un-named access road to Tadpole Farm and the east kerbline of The Pry
A copy of the draft Order and plan may be inspected at The One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon between 9.00am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.
Objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing to the undersigned:
