Bovis have recently submitted plans to develop the land off Hayburn Road.
Bovis have previously bought this land off Crest Nicholson, and have changed the style of the plans to what existing local residents expected when they purchased their homes. In particular the design and size of the houses (3 story) is in stark contrast to the existing homes.
A campaign group has been organised with the local residents and letters of objection have already been sent in. The campaign group is on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/home.php? /group.php?gid=113228625775
Cllr Justin Tomlinson, "I have asked for these plans to be thrown out and I am confident they will be. Bovis need to go back to the drawing board and propose a development in keeping with the local area. I will update residents as this progresses."
