Every year local residents reject Labour's nasty and negative campaigns in Abbey Meads, yet they never learn.
I have worked extremely hard over the last few years with local residents to deliver the much needed PS7 Community Primary School.
A full history of the campaign can be seen on: http://www.abbeymeadsintouch.com/page/15/
In summary:
Cllr Jim Grant (Labour, Western ward) their elections campaign co-ordinator has ordered a freedom of information request into my involvement with the campaign. This freedom of information request will cost us the tax-payers a fortune. What a waste of time and effort to satisfy their silly political games, no doubt ready for the General Election campaign where they will finally be booted out of power. Perhaps if they had taken an interest during the campaign they would already know the answer!!!
Cllr Justin Tomlinson, "Time and time again Labour resort to nasty and negative campaigning. They need to learn that residents only respond to positive hard work. Whether it is the PS7 campaign or any other issue, as a local resident myself I will also do everything I can to support fellow local residents. As a Councillor I take great pride in my work as shown by my 100% attendance record and without hesitation I always roll up my sleeves and get stuck in to help improve our area."
