I reported the issue of overflowing rubbish in the bin stores for the flats in Dyedale Road.
The managing company of the flats has agreed to pay for the clearing of the rubbish, which apparently was made worse by the lock being broken on the store which led to fly-tipping. This is being fixed too.
In addition the state of the outside of the two blocks of flats in Dyedale Road are very shabby despite being relatively new build. This is having an unacceptable negative impact on the other local residents in the area which I have also reported.
The managing company have also agreed to look at this too.
