Abbey Meads wards councillors are urging local residents to have their say on Swindon Borough Council's new budget before the deadline on 17 September.
Because of the pressures on public spending, there will be an additional Council budget announced in October. The aim of this is to get on top of the challenge quickly and begin making inroads to the savings target for next year.
A set of proposals are currently being developed for consideration at the Cabinet meeting on the 22 September and then Full Council meeting on 7 October.
You can have your say in this process, but you only have until 17 September.
Cllrs Peter Stoddart, Vera Tomlinson and Peter Heaton-Jones said, "As the biggest ward in the Borough, it's very important that Abbey Meads residents have their say in this vital process.
"We urge local people to visit the website, have a look at the proposals, and then have their say before the deadline".
